The Barbara Davis Center BioResource/Molecular Core Center offer services including Cytometry, Pancreatic Islet Isolation, and Molecular Biology Service - all located in the Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes at the University of Colorado School of Medicine on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado.
The Barbara Davis Center strives to bring together basic and clinical scientists from a diverse faculty and research background to foster and enhance diabetes and endocrinology research within the University of Colorado community as well as all the University’s many affiliates. Researchers from the many departments in the Schools of Medicine, Pharmacy, and Nursing as well as researchers from National Jewish Health, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Childrens Hospital Denver, Center for Women’s Health Research, and CCTCARE (Colorado Center for Transplantation Care, Research and Education) can utilize the Service Centers at the Barbara Davis Center.

Price is PER PLATE of the MAP 16 plate NOT PER REACTION. The instrument is not able to run single reactions, it will only run entire columns at a time. There are four reactions per column. Every well in a used column has to be used, so it is in your best interest to use every well that the instrument will run. Cost includes: one MAP16 plate and the necessary septa, as well as four reactions worth of isolation buffer and Absolute Q DNA Master Mix. |
