Proteomics Core services include:
  • Protein identification from gel bands or in complex mixtures.
  • Sample cleanup with C18 ZipTip or MW cut-off filter.
  • Protein quantitation: proteome wide (SILAC or label-free) and targeted analysis (MRM).
  • Post-translational modifications: phosphorylation, acetylation, methylation, oxidation, ubiquitination, and more.
  • Phosphopeptide enrichment.
  • Multidimensional protein and peptide fractionation.
  • Depletion of IgG/albumin and high abundance proteins (albumin, IgG, IgA, IgM, antitrypsin, transferrin, haptoglobin, fibrinogen, alpha2-macroglobulin, alpha1-acid glycoprotein, apolipoprotein AI & AII, complement C3, and transthyretin) from plasma/serum/CSF/mesenteric lymph samples to enrich low abundant proteins.

Metabolomics Core services include:

  • Single metabolite identification
  • General metabolomics screening (energy metabolism, redox status, amino acids, nucleotides, etc)
  • Relative quantification of metabolite levels
  • Targeted metabolic pathway flux analysis

Metabolomic studies are performed on cells and media, biological fluids (blood, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.), tissues, organs, and tumor xenograft sections.
