Overview of Services

 

The University of Colorado Cancer Center Cell Technologies Tissue Cultrue Shared Resource (CTSR) provides services to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and the surrounding academic and industrial community.CEll Technologies Shared Resource (CTSR) supports basic and translational research with validated cell lines, preparation of hybridomas, production of monoclonal antibodies, expressing recombinant protein in baculovirus and mammalian systems, large scale Mab production and purification, and live cell imaging on Sartorius Incucyte S3 system.

PPSR provides centralized services to produce cancer-related proteins for CU Cancer Center members to study their mechanism of action in identified drugs and cancer-related biomarkers.
